Responsibilities:  

  • Involve in conceptual and detailed design of electrical/instrumentation engineering works
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications
  • Assist the Site Manager in handling and monitoring progress of Project
  • Supervise a group of subcontractors/supervisors/foremen and ensure that works are executed within? and acceptable standard of workmanship
  • Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement
  • Ensure timely hand – over (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (Cost effectiveness)
  • Ensure all relevant installation drawings are of the latest issue and accessible at the point of use
  • Review the nature of non-conformities detected in product/work and determine the disposition of the non-conformities
  • Prepare and submit report to Site Manager on work progress status regularly
  • Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing

  Requirements:  

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least of 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Transportation/Petrol Chemical/Plant Projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience prefer but not a MUST
  • Proficient in English, task-oriented, able to deliver work under tight deadlines and a team player
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and pro-active in getting work completed

Project Manager Singapore/Dubai/Malaysia/Doha

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project quality plan
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
  • Oversee per-con meeting to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field
  • Manage progress claim, reports, ensure resources and assure materials
  • Assure suitability of procedures, methods, systems & instruments
  • Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
  • Manage all jobs closeout procedures
  • Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
  • Handle major issues of works
  • Maintain relationship with all parties related in field activities
  • Monitor cost, QA/QC, safety/security, health/environment and loss prevention
  • Source, negotiate and procure materials (installation)and equipment from the vendors, if require
  • Planning and management of project-including developing job schedule, identify and mobilize resources
  • Ensure claiming for variations or additional works are being carried out
  • Plan and manage daily site/project activities
  • Draft and execute project schedule that is developed based on Master schedule’s requirement
  • Coordinate with main contractor one the location of site office, site store and erection area
  • Ensure that the site staffs comply with the relevant rules and regulation at site, including wearing of personal proactive equipment(PPE)
  • Liaise with client to solve project issues
  • To liaise with consultant, Owner or Contractors in all matters related to the projects
  • Ensure that current version of the specifications-e.g. Code of Practice; Singapore standards are accessible at the point of use
  • In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and /or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
  • Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis(monthly/bimonthly)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical
  • Senior Level Electrical Engineer With 8-10 years of electrical engineering work experience
  • Minimum 5 Years successful electrical PM experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in the use of computers for:

Word processing/Simple accounting/Data base management/Spreadsheets/E-mail/Internet

Planning Engineer Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the project manager, construction manager and other discipline engineers for reporting and scheduling for the project.
  • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera software.
  • Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/report with respect to review of the overall project.
  • Preparing extension of time claims, weekly and monthly report to be submitted to the client.
  • Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems.
  • Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.

Requirement:

  • Primavera course version P6 or later version.

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Malaysia

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electrical systems and ensuring all systems meet regulatory and EHS requirements.
  • Execute programming and process improvement projects
  • Develop and adhere to operational procedure
  • plan and implement preventive maintenance;
  • coordinate test and execute switching on HV equipment;
  • plan and carry out purchasing and replenishment of spare parts and tools, in coordination with Procurement department;

Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

  • A hands-on attitude is necessary to be successful in this job
